Gaia Meditation- Fortnightly

The Gaia House Oxford Meditation Group runs on alternate Wednesdays from 7.30 to 9.15. Check the garden's yahoo calendar for dates. http://calendar.yahoo.co.uk/barrackslanegarden.

Outdoor Stay and Play Sessions –Thursdays weekly (TERM TIMES ONLY)

10:30am – 1pm: Enjoy the outdoors with children's centre workers from East Oxford Children's Centre. Outdoor learning offers the chance to:
*Develop confidence, communication and social skills
*A wide range of physical development
*And an understanding of natural and made environments

No need to book, just turn up. Contact East Oxford Children’s Centre for more details (not the garden) on: 01865 248729. Refreshments available – donations welcome.

Kangaroo Playgroup – Wednesdays weekly

11am–1pm. A social group for mums, dads, other carers and children who are interested in or practising natural parenting. The playgroup aims to provide a forum to socialise, play and share skills in a friendly and informal setting – there is a suggested donation to the garden of £1 per family. Plus Nappy free baby group – last Wednesday each month
11am-noon. A natural parenting group which helps parents “tune in” to babies in order to lessen nappy use. Parents are encouraged to communicate with babies about their bodily functions, and learn how to recognise babies signals. Suitable from birth.
